Sharjah developer Arada intends to extend its luxury projects in Dubai. By introducing the first ever trackless tram, the Arada has developed a masterpiece project while surpassing sales figures earlier year.
2023 has been a triumphant for the developers Arada as the sales generated were worth Dh7 billion (1.9 billion dollars) while the sales in 2022 were equal to Dh3.5 billion.
The Chief executive of Arada group, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, told The Nationals about the expansion of plot acquisition in Dubai for the initiation of the latest opulent projects. Further added by him was his vision of double sales in Dubai compared to the sales in Sharjah.
The Aradas group is on a mission to equip itself with enormous projects, including four hotels, an entertainment center, a business hub, and three schools. This will ultimately open residential options to 75,000 individuals.

In addition, Arada plans to launch two more branded real estate projects the following year at DIFC and Dubai Harbor. Both of these projects will be sponsored by Armani as according to Mr. Alkhoshaibi’s statement, “Arada has already signed a 6-year premier contract with Armani for the UAE.”
The real estate developers including Arada, are on their way to launch their Harbor project in March, erecting another branded residence. Alongside this, a 50-floor luxury tower is projected to launch in DIFC, near Central Park Towers and Index Tower. This residential real project encompasses 400 apartments, with a few of them offering swish views of the iconic Burj Khalifa.
In a statement released by Mr. Alkhoshaibi, the projects appear to content both the investors and residents with their premier locations, sufficient amenities, and exceptional infrastructural designs. However, the chief executive constantly underscores the elision of Armani Brand in their upcoming real estate projects.
The developers have further indicated their collaboration with the Italian Fashion house for their next luxury projects as the company is negotiating additional plots in Dubai. Mr. Alkhoshaibi added that the news of the next Armani partnership will be disclosed after finalizing the location, hinting at building an Armani villa community.
